Our company has successfully mastered the production of two types of wear-resistant "tips" for crushers that work at construction and mineral materials processing enterprises.

  "Segment cutter" - used for grinding materials of different hardness due to the massive hard alloy working part in the form of a "segment".

  "Crushing cutter" is used as a "rotor tip" of a crusher with a vertical shaft.  It is a steel body with a surface hardness of 45-50 HRC with a hard alloy plate with dimensions of 105x20x10 mm mounted in it.  The cutter body is attached to the rotor with an M20 bolt supplied with the cutter.
