Metal forming products

One of the promising areas of our company is the production of hard alloy blanks for drawing dies. A carbide die, also known as a die, is a tool through which wires, rods of various sections are pulled. As it passes through the die, the wire (rod) becomes thinner and lengthens. Individual reductions in a hard alloy mold go up to 30% and depend on the technological process. Carbide dies are available in various outside diameters.

Carbide forming products are an important component in the metalworking industry. Carbide materials such as tungsten carbide and cobalt have high hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, making them an ideal choice for applications with high loads and high temperatures. One of the main types of carbide products used in pressure metalworking are end mills and cutters. End mills are used for precise machining and shaping of metal parts, while end mills are used to create slots, grooves and other complex geometric shapes. Carbide cutters have high sharpness and wear resistance, which allows them to effectively machine various metal materials. They are widely used in automotive, aviation, engineering and other industries where high precision and quality workmanship is required. Carbide cutters provide efficient surface finish and complex shapes. They are used for milling, boring and other metalworking operations. Carbide end mills offer high cutting speeds, stability and long tool life to improve productivity and economy in metalworking processes. Additionally, carbide products are also used in other areas of metal forming such as drills, dies and dies. Drills made of carbide materials provide accurate and efficient drilling of holes of various diameters, and dies are used for surface machining and grinding.
